Sportingbet free bet email

I got an email from Sportingbet saying that they would refund the first losing bet up to £50 on each of Wednesday's Champions League and Thursday's UEFA cup games. Unfortunately, I didn't read my emails until Thursday, so I missed the first bet. I contacted Sportingbet for comfirnation that this offer was for all customers. Having received the confirmation, I bet £50 on the draw between Braga and Portsmouth at 3.2, with a Betdaq lay of £32.54 at 3.4. The bet combo was designed to give profit if the bet won, or give enough leeway for the bet refund to get profit if the bet lost.
Braga beat Portsmouth 3 : 0, so my bet lost. I added £31.89 (£32.54 less £0.65) to my Betdaq account.

As my Sportingbet bet lost, I got my £50 refunded to my account. I chose to bet on a draw between Stoke and Arsenal at 4.0, with a Betdaq lay of £37.88 at 5.3.
Surprise, surprise. Stoke won 2 : 1. My Sportingbet account is empty. My Betdaq account increases by £37.12 (£37.88 less £0.76).

I received an email during the week saying that Sportingbet were doing another losing bet refund - but I was away on holiday, so couldn't take advantage.
